Project Purpose

To support the installation of native street trees and community gardens in Līhuʻe and create a plan/partnership framework for future green infrastructure. 

Key Lessons Learned

The importance of establishing early and transparent communication with project partners is essential to successful partnerships.  

Integrating community input into sustainability efforts is vital for both project messaging and the design of project improvements.
